The real estate market is consistently changing and working with a full time real estate agent is the only way to purchase a home.

Although the market changes, the quality of the services offered and the expertise to home buyers to assist them in navigating the process of buying a home never changes.

Property Search

I have access to comprehensive listings of properties for sale throughout Southern Nevada. I am able to assist home buyers identify properties that meet their criteria, such as location, size, price range, and other features.

As a full time real estate agent, I have in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and comparable sales. I am able to provide guidance to home buyers on pricing and negotiate on their behalf to ensure they get the best possible deal.

I am able to schedule and coordinate home showings for my clients, allowing them to view potential properties in person or via Zoom. I can also provide valuable insights and information about the properties being shown, such as their condition, amenities, and potential issues.

I assist home buyers prepare and submit offers on properties they are interested in while providing advice on offer terms, contingencies, and negotiation strategies to help buyers make competitive offers that have a higher chance of being accepted.

I am able to assist home buyers navigate the complex process of reviewing and signing contracts, ensuring that my clients understand the terms and conditions before signing. I’m also able to handle explaining and executing any counteroffers, addendums, or other contract-related matters that may arise during the process.

Financing and Mortgage Guidance

I am able to connect home buyers with trusted mortgage professionals who can assist them with obtaining financing for their home purchase. I’m able to work closely with the mortgage professional to ensure the clients understand the different types of loans, mortgage rates, and the overall financing process.

Home Inspections and Due Diligence

Part of the process also includes arranging for home inspections and other necessary due diligence tasks, such as surveys, appraisals, and title searches. I’m happy to coordinate all aspects as well as review inspection reports and assist in advising them on any issues that may arise.

Coordination and Closing

As the key contact, I’m able to coordinate with all parties involved in the home buying process, such as the seller’s agent, mortgage lender, title company, and others, to ensure a smooth closing. Other tasks include reviewing closing documents to ensure accuracy and help address any questions or concerns the buyers may have.

Post-Closing Support

I’m able to continue to assist home buyers even after the closing process is completed and the keys have been handed over. I can provide recommendations for contractors, service providers, and other professionals, and can serve as a resource for any questions or concerns that may arise after the home purchase.
