How we serve sellers

Selling a home can be stressful. Coordinating the details of a home sale, moving, securing your next home can feel even more overwhelming. As a full time real estate agent, I offer a wide range of services and expertise to home sellers to help them successfully sell their property. Some of the services that I offer to home sellers include:

Market Analysis

A comprehensive market analysis is given to every seller to help them understand the current market conditions and determine the optimal pricing strategy for their property. I use my knowledge of local market trends, comparable sales, and other factors to provide guidance on setting the right listing price.

Property Preparation

I provide advice on how to prepare the property for sale, including suggestions for repairs, improvements, and staging to make the property more appealing to potential buyers. I can also recommend professional photographers, home stagers, and other service providers to help showcase the property in the best possible light.

Marketing and Advertising

The use of various marketing channels and strategies to promote the property to potential buyers is a must. This may include listing the property on multiple listing services (MLS), creating professional-quality photos and virtual tours, using social media and online advertising, and conducting open houses and other marketing events.

Buyer Screening and Showings

I am able to pre-screen potential buyers to ensure they are qualified and serious about purchasing a property. As well, I will coordinate and conduct property showings for interested buyers, providing valuable information about the property, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

Offer Negotiation

I am able to represent the seller’s interests during the negotiation process, helping to obtain the best possible terms and price for the property. I can provide guidance on offer terms, contingencies, and other negotiation strategies, and can handle counteroffers and other negotiations on behalf of the seller.

Contract Preparation and Review

I assist with the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents related to the sale of the property. I ensure that the contract is accurate, complete, and legally binding, and can explain the terms and conditions to the seller.

Transaction Coordination

Knowing there are many details to a transaction, I have a Transaction Coordinator that assists me in managing the transaction process, coordinating with various parties involved, such as the buyer’s agent, title company, home inspectors, and lenders, to ensure a smooth and timely closing. My Transaction Coordinator can also help address any issues or concerns that may arise during the transaction process.

Closing Assistance

I assist the seller in preparing for the closing, ensuring that all necessary documents and paperwork are in order. Together, we will review closing documents, explain the closing process, and attend the closing to represent the seller’s interests.

Post-Sale Support

I will continue to provide support to sellers even after the sale is completed. I am able to assist with any post-closing matters, such as coordinating repairs or other obligations outlined in the contract, and can serve as a resource for any questions or concerns that may arise after the sale.
